Travel to Virginia Beach

Holiday during the summer is one of the most anticipated fascination of the year. In a country like the USA, there is no end to finding a picturesque and tempting place to spend your holiday. The last amazing experience I really enjoyed was from Virginia Beach. The picturesque and bustling Virginia Beach is located in the Atlantic Ocean, at the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay. Virginia Beach, with its stunning beach views, three-mile promenade and various water activities, attracts nearly three million tourists each year.

Choosing a comfortable hotel at a reasonable price was probably the first thought I had in mind when planning a vacation. On Virginia Beach, some of the best options for hotels that attracted me were:

Barclay Cottage Bed and Breakfast, one of the few Victorian cottages that remained on Virginia Beach, luxurious and comfortable.

The Courtyard by Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront South offers amazing ocean views with a clean and luxurious ambience.

Enjoy private seaside balconies, an indoor pool, luxurious rooms and suites with a spa bath, at Hotel Capes.

La Quinta Inn and Suites Virginia Beach, a comfortable stay with friendly staff.

After some thoughts, I chose The Capes Hotel for all the luxury they provide at an affordable price. After settling down with a good hotel, my mind was fixed on the exciting variety of activities that the city can enjoy, while water activities are the most fascinating. The Rudee, a seventy feet long yellow boat, provides you with a wild, wet, fun-filled experience and takes you to a fantastic dolphin watch in the middle of the ocean. Rudee Inlet Jet ski lift rental where you can ride along the ocean front on Virginia Beach on two or three seated boats. You can enjoy exciting kite boarding and of course there are various attractive water parks. But the most amazing experience I had, despite the constant and frightening warnings of my husband, was sailing. A fun, exciting parachute take-off, followed by a breathtaking view of the Virginia coast while flying high in the sky, was simply indescribable.

The Virginia Aquarium and Marine Science, an 800,000 gallon aquarium with sharks, dock seals and other living species, along with a range of educational and enticing programs, is an ideal place to meet children and adults.

A holiday without good food is unthinkable. Some of the best options would be the Italian restaurant Pulcinella for delicious pizza, Timbuktu for American and seafood, the neighboring pizza restaurant for pizza again and La Herradura for great Mexican food. Exclusively for seafood, you can always try Steinhilber's Thalia Acres Inn, a coastal grill and hot tuna and grill where fish are fresh and dishes are always delicious.

Virginia Beach with all its fantastic stays, great food, stunning views and exciting activities can truly be your next great holiday destination.
